Dr. Gutiérrez has served over 10,000 clients in the last four decades in four major areas of practice: Personal Injury, Family Law, Testamentary Issues and Probate, and Commercial transactions. A major client has been the Greater Dallas Legal and Community Development Foundation, Inc which engages in civil rights cases and community development programs and projects, Uvalde, Texas.

Cases

Victory on July 19, 2022. Federal Judge Dolly Gee, Los Angeles Ordered the U.S. Attorney General, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Control Enforcement, and the Border Patrol (particularly in El Paso and Rio Grande Valley where 80% of all detained minors are held to comply with new standards and conditions to eliminate abuse and maltreatment of unaccompanied minors.

Non-Profit Works

Dr. Gutiérrez serves as an advisor and consultant with various non-profits, primarily in Texas, all on pro bono basis. The Greater Dallas Legal and Community Foundation, Inc. is his longest serving client since 1986.

Projects

Project Done: The National Raza Unida Party Commemoration, Held on September 15-17, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas.

Current Project: A Film Documentary of the National Raza Unida Party in progress with projected completion in late 2024.

In 2023 work will begin on two new ventures: a national young woman’s leadership training program based on the Quinceañera cultural ritual of passage into adulthood aka The Q Ball Project and The 2060 Committee, a policy making institute designed for visioning our world by that decade.
